Caregiver Position In Fairbanks, AlaskaAre you a compassionate and dependable caregiver living near Chena Hot Springs Road in Fairbanks, Alaska? We're looking for a dedicated caregiver to provide quality in-home care to a client in the area. If you live near Chena Hot Springs Road or Steele Creek and are looking for a meaningful caregiving opportunity close to home, we'd love to hear from you!Position DetailsLocation: Roost Rd Fairbanks, AK 99712Shifts Available:Morning shift: 9:30AM to 11:30AM (Can work on weekends)Afternoon shift: 6PM to 8PM (Can work on weekends)Part-time hourly caregiving positionCaregiver Responsibilities• Provide personal care and daily living assistance• Offer companionship and emotional support• Assist with mobility, incontinence care, and colostomy care• Provide medication reminders• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if needed• Drive clients to doctor appointments and errands• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment• Communicate professionally with families and care teamsQualifications• Caregiving experience preferred• Experience with transfers, colostomy and incontinence care is a plus• Compassionate, patient, and dependable• Strong communication and time-management skills• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred• CPR and First Aid certification preferred• Must be legally authorized to work in AlaskaWe're Looking For Someone Who Is:Reliable and punctualKind and patientComfortable working independentlyPassionate about helping seniors and adults in needStart making a difference in your community.
