Caregiver duties include helping clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, eating, grooming and toileting. Examples include:Companionship (playing games, talking, going for walks)Light housekeeping, including laundryMeal planning and preparationAssisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as showering, eating, and groomingTransfer assistance between bed, chairs, wheelchairs, etc.Transportation to appointments and errandsMedication remindersQualifications Needed:Previous professional experience (with an agency or a care facility) providing personal care services.Valid driver’s license or government-issued photo IDClear Level 2 Background Screen from the State of Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA). Information about the Level 2 background screen can be found here: Clearinghouse Education and AwarenessBe at least 18 years of ageHave an active CPR certification form an in-person, hands-on course.Reliable transportation to and from shiftsExcellent communication skills with a kind, caring and compassionate demeanorLet's Talk About Benefits:Flexible schedules.
