Caregiver Position at SYNERGY HomeCare of Scripps RanchMake a meaningful difference every day with SYNERGY HomeCare of Scripps Ranch.We are a non-medical home care company providing compassionate, personalized support that helps clients live independently and comfortably at home. We are seeking dependable, caring Caregivers to serve clients in Ramona.Our clients range in age from infants to older adults. Many are older adults or individuals living with dementia or Alzheimer's disease; we also support individuals with special needs, including autism.What you'll do:Provide companionship, conversation, and social engagementProvide non-medical personal care and support with activities of daily livingAssist with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and medication remindersPrepare meals and assist with grocery shopping and errandsPerform light housekeepingCommunicate professionally with clients, families, and team membersArrive on time and provide reliable, consistent careHelp clients maintain independence, comfort, and dignity at homeWhat we're looking for:Required:At least 1 year of caregiving experienceValid driver's licenseAuthorization to work in the United StatesCompassionate, respectful, and dependable approach to careStrong communication skillsPreferred or willing to obtain with our support:Current registration with the California Home Care Aide RegistryCurrent TB test clearanceCurrent CPR certificationAdditional language skills, including TagalogSchedule:Part-time opportunitiesDay, night, and overnight shifts may be availableFlexible scheduling, with opportunities to be matched with clients near youOvertime may be availablePay and benefits:$19.00–$21.00 per hour, based on qualificationsPaid orientation and trainingTime-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidaysFlexible schedulePaid sick time and paid time offParental leaveReferral programProfessional development assistanceDirect depositCaregiver recognition programsAt SYNERGY HomeCare, you'll join a Community of Care that values your work and the difference you make.
