Carpenter-FramerWe are currently seeking an experienced Carpenter to support both exterior and interior scopes across the greater Seattle area.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform dry rot repair and replacementRough framing (balconies, landings, and structural components)Siding installation and repairFinish carpentry (trim, doors, casings, cabinets, and detail work)Safely operate hand and power toolsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsiteQualificationsMinimum 3 years of carpentry experience requiredExperience with dry rot, framing, siding, and/or finish carpentry preferredAbility to perform physically demanding work in various jobsite conditionsReliable transportation to travel between job sitesDependable, safety-focused, and team-orientedAuthorized to work in the United StatesPaid Sick Leave (in accordance with WA State law)
