Job description
Banner Health’s Banner Boswell Medical Center in Sun City, AZ, seeks an Associate Director for the Cardiac Cath Lab. You will provide 24-hour managerial and clinical leadership, guiding staff, patients, and processes in a high‑acuity setting.
Responsibilities include leading quality and process-improvement initiatives, managing operational and capital budgets, and partnering with physicians to optimize patient care. A Bachelor's degree and ARRT CI or RCIS/RCES, plus ACLS, are required.
