Pay: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience
Sign-on bonus: $2,500
Enrollment bonus: Earn more for every new child you enroll. Work hard, get paid more.

About the role
Ready to run your own center and be rewarded for the results? As Center Director at The Learning Experience in Denton, you'll lead the team, shape the culture, and be the face of a center families trust. You bring the leadership, and we give you the curriculum, the brand, and the support. Every new family you bring in adds to your paycheck.
What you'll get

What you'll do
Lead your team
Recruit, interview, and hire great teachers, and build a bench of future talent
Coach and develop teachers through classroom observations and encouraging feedback
Make sure the L.E.A.P. curriculum is taught to brand standards
Build weekly schedules that keep ratios compliant and labor on budget
Listen to your team's concerns and act on them
Manage new-hire paperwork and employee files in line with state licensing rules
Delight your families and grow enrollment
Give tours that show prospective families what makes TLE different
Keep parents updated on their child's progress and run family events like "Show and Tell" and "parent pleasers"
Handle enrollment paperwork and student files
Run a safe, compliant center
Maintain health and safety standards and the physical environment
Build strong relationships with state licensors and conduct center evaluations
Manage accident and incident reporting, medication management, and monthly emergency drills
What we're looking for
2+ years of leadership or management experience in a child care center
Texas Director's License (required)
Professional teaching experience with infants through preschool
Strong knowledge of Texas child care licensing rules
Bachelor's degree in ECE or a related field (highly preferred)
CPR and First Aid certification (highly preferred)
Ability to meet Texas background screening and licensing requirements
