n nResponsibilities of our Caregivers
nnnnMeal Preparation
n
nnPerform all non-medical home care services as needed
n
nnPerform personal care assistance, including bathing and grooming
n
nnMedication Reminders
n
nnAssistance with walking
n
nnLight housekeeping
n
nnCompanionship and friendship for seniors and their loved ones
n
nnAssist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and other errands
n
nnMaintain communication between seniors, their family members, co-workers, and office staff
n
n nnQualifications
nnnCommunication and listening skills
n
nnRespect, Empathy, and Compassion
n
nnWillingness to adhere to health and safety standards
n
nnAt least to 1 year of experience of providing personal care to the elderly
n
nnDementia /Alzheimer’s/ Hospice care experience is a plus
n
nnValid driver’s license, car, and insurance preferably
n
nnCompleted or ability to have a 2-Step PPD, QuantiFERON Gold Test, or Chest X-Ray completed
n
nnMust be able to pass both criminal background checks and drug screening.
n
