Certified Nurse AideAs a Certified Nurse Aide at The Villa at Texarkana, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Certified Nurse Aides are crucial to our mission, and we are eager to welcome a new team member to our family.Responsibilities:Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and groomingProvide personal care and support to residents, including incontinence care and mobility assistancePromote resident dignity and independence while maintaining a safe and clean environmentDocument resident care and progress in accordance with our established protocolsCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plansCertified Nurse Aide will also be responsible for reporting concerns and observations to the nursing team and contributing to the overall well-being of our residentsAbout the Role:As a Certified Nurse Aide at The Villa at Texarkana, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
