Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in either residential or community based settings. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting adults with mental illness by setting and working toward individualized nutritional goals. They will understand the connection between diet and mental well-being and be able to provide practical, supportive guidance as part of a holistic care team.Responsibilities:Provide personal care and health-related services, including bathing, grooming, and toileting, to support clients' daily needsAssist with daily living activities, such as maintaining hygiene, managing finances, and maintaining a clean living environmentSupport clients in building independence and recovery skills across various environmentsPerform housekeeping, shopping, and transportation tasks as needed, ensuring clients can access necessary services and appointmentsRecognize symptoms of mental illness or emotional distress, providing support and helping clients develop coping skillsQualifications:Requires a High school diploma or equivalentValid CNA license provided by the Commonwealth of MassachusettsExperience working with adults with severe mental illnessValid Massachusetts drivers licenseSchedules: Sunday-Thursday, 3pm-11pm (FT/40hrs)Hourly Rate: $20.50 - $20.50 USDAt Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
