Job description
Volkswagen - Tom Wood VW, Indy is seeking a Certified VW Technician to join our dedicated team in Indianapolis, IN. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced Volkswagen vehicles, ensuring top-quality service and repair while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services on Volkswagen vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
Use specialized tools and equipment to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings to customers and service advisors clearly and professionally.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Volkswagen technology, service bulletins, and repair techniques.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
Certified Volkswagen technician with proven experience in servicing Volkswagen vehicles.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate well with colleagues and customers.
Commitment to providing excellent customer service and high-quality workmanship.
Valid driver's license and the ability to lift and handle heavy vehicle components as needed.
