Job description
Focused Post Acute Care Partners FPACP is seeking a Charge Nurse to join our team and provide direct nursing care to residents. You will lead licensed and non-professional staff and ensure care plans meet physician orders within nursing standards.
Required: active LVN/RN license, CPR, English proficiency, and ability to work flexibly with interruptions. Strong clinical skills in assessment, documentation, and infection control are essential.
