Job description
StevenDouglas is looking for a Head of Accounting and Finance to join the Executive Leadership Team in New York City. This pivotal position will direct sophisticated financial strategy whilst ensuring operational excellence across finance. You will lead fundraising strategies, oversee budgeting, and manage financial risks as the organization expands.
The ideal candidate should possess 8+ years of progressive financial leadership, deep expertise in nonprofit finance, and exceptional analytical capabilities. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with CPA or MBA preferred.
