Job description
First Source Credit Union, a community-focused financial institution serving Oneida and Herkimer Counties, is seeking a Chief Lending Officer to lead consumer, mortgage, and commercial lending portfolios.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the CLO will drive loan growth, portfolio quality, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance while helping deliver an exceptional member experience and supporting the credit union's mission to improve lives in its communities.
