We've partnered with a well-known Los Angeles FQHC that has built a solid foundation of stability and quality to place their next Chief Medical Officer.

With five clinical sites and an expanding continuum of care that includes Primary Care, Women's Health, Dentistry, Optometry and an on-site Pharmacy, the organization has intentionally created a diversified care model that supports long-term sustainability.

You’ll join a seasoned leadership team whose long-standing partnership has fostered trust, alignment, and a shared commitment to the organization's future. Decisions are made collaboratively, leaders support one another, and there is genuine commitment to investing in both providers and patients.

Oversee 5 clinic sites and ~25 direct reports.

Lead clinical strategy for an organization that serves thousands of patients annually while helping shape the next chapter of growth, quality, and access to care.

You’ll have a meaningful voice in executive decision-making and the autonomy to establish expectations, drive accountability, and advance clinical excellence across the organization.

This position combines executive leadership with continued clinical practice in a flexible 60% administrative and 40% clinical structure.

Requirements

MD/DO

BC in area of specialty

Leadership experience in FQHC or similar setting

3-5 years of clinical practice in FQHC or similar setting
