First Baptist Atlanta is seeking a Director of Children’s Ministry to provide spiritual and operational leadership for the K-5 program, shaping a Christ-centered environment where children hear the Gospel and grow in Jesus. You will connect families to the church’s life and oversee Sundays, VBS, and related ministries.
The role emphasizes recruiting and developing staff and volunteers, setting annual ministry goals, and collaborating across church departments to advance outreach and discipleship.
