Serve as the primary client services contact for assigned commercial client or exhibitor portfolios.
Proactively engage clients to anticipate needs, communicate event updates, and improve the overall exhibitor experience.
Respond to customer calls, emails, voicemails, and chats within 24 business hours.
Handle escalated client concerns and resolve more complex service issues.
Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients, exhibitors, and internal stakeholders.
Collect and analyze feedback to identify opportunities to improve service delivery and internal processes.
Partner with sales, marketing, event operations, and vendors to streamline processes and address client needs.
Support exhibitor service kits and ensure compliance with event guidelines and safety standards.
Assist with event operations and travel nationwide after conversion, approximately 10–15% of the time. Responsibilities may include serving as a floor manager, information desk lead, or operations coordinator.
Help exhibitors navigate booth layouts, floor plans, service manuals, and event logistics.
Qualifications
Associate degree or relevant professional experience.
At least 3 years of experience in customer service, event coordination, or exhibitor management.
Strong communication skills across email, phone, chat, and in-person interactions.
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Experience managing multiple priorities, platforms, and customer requests.
Ability to interpret floor plans and booth layouts and explain event logistics clearly.
Familiarity with event platforms such as MYS, a2z, CDS, or Visit is beneficial. xzgxqkn
Strong collaboration, organization, and client relationship management skills.
