Retail Success is looking for a full-time Client Solutions Representative to join our Overland Park, KS team.
Join our Client Solutions team and help deliver outstanding support to our clients. You’ll assist with onboarding, implementation, maintenance, and portfolio management while developing strong knowledge of merchant services. You’ll also learn our software and related hardware so you can troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys blending customer support with hands-on tech problem-solving.

Hourly rate of $18.00 - 21.00 per hour, based on related work experience.
Work hours of Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
On the job training in merchant services and technical support for software and mobile apps.

What are we looking for in you?
Ability to learn in-depth knowledge of merchant services and features of software and related hardware;
ability to use that knowledge to troubleshoot issues.
Advanced organizational and time management skills.
Extreme attention to detail and timely follow-up.
Ability to provide high-quality customer service.
Proficient with computers including keyboarding, Microsoft Office products, and internal/external software applications.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required;
some related college coursework a plus.
Minimum of 1 year related work experience required (2 - 3 years preferred) in one or more of the following areas: Technical Support (software or mobile applications), Merchant Services, Payment Processing, Banking, Customer Service, or Customer Relationships.
Experience in technical support of Point of Sale solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Provides merchant services and technical support to existing and new clients and acts as a point of contact for inquiries;
communicates via phone,social media, and email.
Responsible for the efficient onboarding, implementation, and maintenance of new accounts while ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
Develops maximum potential of new and existing client relationships through excellent customer service techniques, knowledge of the company’s products and services, and our competitor’s strengths and weaknesses.
Maintains up-to-date and accurate client records in a PCI-compliant manner.
Responds to questions, researches and troubleshoots issues for clients and business partners in a professional and timely manner.
Programs and ships related hardware (POS terminals) and software.
Develops and creates documentation and support for in-house and end-user use.
