Administrative/Analytical SupportAustin Regional Clinic has been voted a top Central Texas employer by our employees for over 15 years! Prioritizes, organizes and executes projects and tasks. Carries out all duties while maintaining compliance and confidentiality and promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization.Provides administrative and analytical support to members of the Clinic Management team.Provides assistance to the support staff, providers, and management team to ensure efficiency of the clinic.Receives calls from patients and providers and provides resolution or disseminates to appropriate member of Management team in a timely manner.Helps maintain provider schedules and time off requestsCoordinates facility requestsFormats, types, and proofs correspondence including memos, letters, and other documentationAssists in the coordination of meetings, issuing reminders, confirming attendance, and ordering requested items for the meetings.Responsible for ensuring the completion of clinic projects.Performs essential clerical functionsAdheres to all company policies, including but not limited to, OSHA, HIPAA, compliance and Code of Conduct.Regular and dependable attendance.Follows the core competencies set forth by the Company, which are available for review on ARC SharePoint.Performs other duties as assigned.High school diploma or GED.Two (2) years of office assisting or clerical experience.Proficient with using Microsoft Office applications with intermediate skill level in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.Ability to perform job functions, troubleshoot problems and make decisions without direct supervision.Must be able to understand and follow oral and written instruction and must be able to communicate with co-workers to perform duties as part of a work group.Must display a high level of accuracy, critical thinking and organization.Excellent customer service skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal & problem solving skills.Ability to work in a team environment.Ability to handle competing priorities.Ability to engage others, listen and adapt response to meet others' needs.Ability to align own actions with those of other team members committed to common goals.Ability to manage competing priorities.Ability to perform job duties in a professional manner at all times.Ability to understand, recall, and communicate, factual information.Ability to understand, recall, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information.Ability to organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology.Ability to apply common sense in performing job.Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm plus occasional early morning, evening and/or weekend hours as required by business needs.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
