Job description
Westchester Medical Center is seeking a Charge Nurse / Assistant Nurse Manager (N2) to help manage patient care under the supervision of a senior nurse. The role includes clinical management, case findings, health counseling, and ensuring adherence to physician-prescribed regimens.
Supervision of professional nurses, aides, and clerical staff is expected, including training and staff development activities. A strong focus on patient well-being and teamwork will be essential.
