Job description
ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement) seeks a Clinical Director (Center-Based) in Andover, MA to lead a center delivering NDBI-based care to children 18 months to 6 years. You’ll supervise BCBAs and Behavior Therapists, own clinical quality, manage operations, budget, and staffing, and partner with centralized teams.
This role blends clinical leadership with operational ownership, with a Monday–Friday schedule and strong opportunities for professional growth within ANNA.
