Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
Provide individual therapy sessions that utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to assist clients in their journey towards emotional stability and personal fulfillment.
Collaborate closely with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and continuously monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.
Deliver remote therapy via our secure telehealth platform, ensuring accessibility for clients who may have mobility issues, or prefer virtual services.
Maintain detailed and ethical documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and session notes to ensure clarity and continuity in care.
Engage in ongoing professional development to refine clinical skills and remain informed on emerging trends and best practices in mental health care.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will work with a diverse client population composed of individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and relationship issues. The role of a therapist at Revive Counseling is critical, as your expertise directly impacts clients' recovery journeys and their ability to navigate the complexities of their struggles.
Qualifications
Must hold an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish trust and rapport with clients.
A compassionate and empathetic approach, with an emphasis on providing nonjudgmental support to clients.
Strong organizational skills to manage a diverse caseload and maintain thorough administrative records.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience in a private practice or outpatient setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, is a plus.
A demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional growth in the mental health field.
