Job description
ChristianaCare in Newark, DE seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. The role is full-time (40 hours weekly) with day shifts, an evening component, and a weekend/holiday requirement; includes serving as a dedicated clinical resource for an assigned medical teaching service.
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will participate in rounds, manage therapies, monitor outcomes, and coordinate care with providers.
