Job description
UF Health Central Florida is seeking a PRN Clinical Pharmacist to join a collaborative hospital pharmacy team focused on safe and patient-centered medication management. The role involves reviewing therapy, providing recommendations, and supporting optimal outcomes within assigned clinical areas.
The pharmacist will work with physicians, nurses, and the care team, participate in committees, and contribute to medication safety and quality initiatives while providing PRN coverage as needs arise.
