Job description
Bay Marina Post Acute is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide direct patient care and drive outcomes in geriatric rehabilitation. You will evaluate, treat, document, and collaborate with physicians, families, and an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient independence.
You will supervise PT aides and communicate progress, plan treatment approvals, and contribute to professional development and safe, patient-centered care in a facility setting.
