Job description
We’re looking for a passionate Clinical Specialist to join our growing team and help bring an innovative medical technology to the forefront of patient care. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in critical care and cardiopulmonary health who thrives on disrupting traditional practices and improving clinical outcomes
Key Responsibilities
Support new technology implementation across hospitals and clinical sites
Provide hands‑on training to physicians, nurses, and clinical educators
Champion a modern approach to managing critically ill patients
Conduct needs assessments and deliver a tailored educational program
Act as a clinical resource and advocate for best practices
Foster exceptional user experience and adherence through ongoing support
Partner closely with sales to acquire new accounts and increase adoption
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of critical care/emergency medicine/telemetry/step‑down
2+ years of experience as a field‑based clinical specialist for a medical device company
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or higher
Ability to travel within the assigned territory
Technologically savvy, highly autonomous, and goal‑oriented
Exceptional communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
