Job description
Baptist is seeking a Clinical Staff Pharmacist for The Medical Group in Germantown, TN. The role focuses on age-specific pharmaceutical care and basic clinical services within assigned patient care areas.
You will contribute to QA programs, participate in pharmacotherapeutic planning, and collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient safety and outcomes. A BS or PharmD and licensure eligibility are required with an emphasis on safety, education, and teamwork.
