Job description
Crunch Fitness in Fayetteville, AR is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead daily club operations, drive membership growth, and develop teammates. As the on-site leader, you will partner with the General Manager to deliver exceptional member experiences in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
The AGM will supervise staff, support recruiting, oversee service standards, and ensure safety and facility upkeep while meeting revenue goals and maintaining Crunch Fitness standards.
