CNC Machinist (2nd Shift)Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring CNC Machinists for a precision manufacturing company in Monticello, MN. In this role, you’ll set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC equipment while supporting production efficiency and quality standards. Read below for more information!What You’ll Do as a CNC Machinist:Set up and tear down CNC machines following approved processesOperate equipment and troubleshoot issues across the work cellProgram, edit, and adjust CNC programsRead and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and inspection dataPerform offsets, tool changes, and process adjustmentsSupport process improvements, DOEs, and continuous improvement initiativesComplete maintenance tasks and tooling work ordersWhat You Need to Bring to the CNC Machinist Role:3–5 years of machining experience in a machine shop or similar environmentStrong CNC programming, editing, and troubleshooting skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and GD&TExperience analyzing CMM, SPC, and inspection dataVocational training in precision machining preferredStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and support team operationsCompany Pay & Benefits: Employees enjoy competitive wages along with an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), giving them a stake in the company’s success.
