Job Description Job Description CNC Machinists - Milling/Turning
7+ years experience required
Must be able to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings - including an understanding of geometric dimensions and tolerances
Must be skilled with Trak machines
Must be able to operate a PC and use MS Word
Proficient with various precision measurement tools
Understanding of G Code
Basic programming skills using computer aided software
Vacation schedule open for discussion
Overtime available
Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and tolerances.
Operate CNC milling machines and lathes, ensuring precision in machining parts.
Utilize precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers, to verify dimensions.
Program CNC machines using GD&T and CAM software, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot any mechanical issues that arise.
Collaborate with team members to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.
