CNC Mill Operator, 2nd ShiftWe are seeking experienced CNC Mill Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is ideal for individuals with machining experience who thrive in a hands-on environment and take pride in producing high-quality precision components.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate CNC Mill and general machining equipmentRead and interpret blueprints, part drawings, and job routingsLoad, unload, and manage machine programsInspect finished parts and complete in-process quality checksIdentify and communicate production concerns or process improvement opportunitiesTroubleshoot machine and production issues as neededPerform routine equipment maintenance and upkeepMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workspaceSupport team production goals and assist fellow operators when neededSkills & Experience:Education: HS Diploma requiredExperience: 5+ years of CNC milling experience required; experience working on CNC Doosan machines preferredKnowledge: Ability to read and interpret blueprints required; experience with Fanuc controls requiredSoftware: Strong understanding of G&M code requiredWhat We Offer:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceGroup Life, AD&D, and Short-Term Disability InsurancePaid time off9 company paid holidaysOvertime opportunitiesPlease Note: This role does not offer visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
