Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 7:30am-5:30pmJob Summary: The CNC Operator is responsible for operating various milling or turning CNC machines.Duties and Responsibilities:Operate CNC machines.Follow the production schedule.Inspect parts using basic measurement tools and follow the in-process inspection instructions.Complete the traveler and place with product.May be responsible to operate CMM.Maintain a well-organized and clean working area.Assist in ensuring compliance of ISO policies and procedures.Understand and follow policies and procedures.Education: High School or GEDExperience: 0-3 years - Operating milling or turning machines.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Attention to detail.Verbal communication skills.Knowledge of basic inspection equipment (mics, calipers, gages, etc.)Ability to read blue prints and knowledge of GD&T.Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-marking, work quality, and to reduce costs.The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs.CompensationEmployee Type: Hourly Currency: USD Salary Minimum: 35,000 Salary Maximum: 50,000 Incentive: NoDisclaimer: Where a specific pay range is noted, it is a good faith estimate at the time of this posting.
