Job Description Job Description Join a small, fast-paced aerospace machine shop as a CNC Programmer/Set-Up Machinist on first shift. The team manufactures complex parts and assemblies in a wide range of materials and complexity levels for major aerospace customers, including Boeing as a Silver-rated supplier. The ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, team-oriented, and able to produce parts efficiently, accurately, and with minimal supervision. Responsibilities

Program CNC equipment, predominantly CNC mills, using Mastercam, Surfcam, CATIA, and SolidWorks.

Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes for complex aerospace components.

Run and inspect completed work to ensure speed, accuracy, and quality.

Work with a variety of materials and part complexity levels.

Optimize machining processes and keep production running efficiently.

Perform work independently while contributing to a flexible, team-oriented environment.

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of CNC programming and setup machining experience.

Experience programming and setting up mills and lathes in an aerospace environment.

Ability to set up, run, and inspect work with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Aerospace Experience a plus.
