Job description
Journeys is seeking an Assistant to the Store Manager and Manager In Training to recruit, hire, train, and manage store personnel to meet sales goals and protect company assets. The role supports a fast-paced retail team within Independence Mall, Wilmington, NC.
You will participate in training leading to a Co-Manager position, work 45 hours per week, including nights and weekends, and contribute to an energetic, inclusive store culture with opportunities for advancement.
