Job description
As a Collections and Customer Service Representative, you will conduct a high volume of outbound calls to ATBS clients regarding account balances while providing exceptional customer service. This position is a full time role in-person in our Laramie, WY office.

You always go the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service
Reviewing client accounts for the balance due from clients, resolving client variances, taking payments, processing refund and credit memo requests
Contacting clients with declined or expiring credit cards to collect payments
Providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude and professional demeanor to internal and external clients
Utilizing ATBS software programs to input data to update ATBS records
Strong customer service orientation and customer relation skills
~ Proficient computer skills
~ High School Diploma, GED, or Higher
~2-3 years of customer service in an office environment
~ Experience and demonstrated ability with Excel
