You can make $75,000- $150,000 per year!
Responsibilities
Exceptional customer service
Writing estimates
Obtain customer and vehicle information
Maintain and develop relationships with vehicle owners, insurance personnel, fleet and manufacturers to negotiate costs and sell work
Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle
Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
Establish follow up time
Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
Explain all completed work and charges to customers
Qualifications
PA State Appraiser License
Knowledge of insurance procedures and requirements
Proficient with CCC One
Knowledge of ALLDATA
Previous experience in collision repair estimating
Organized, motivated, and driven
Detail oriented
