Job description
The Boyd Group is seeking a General Manager for the Jacksonville collision center. You will lead day-to-day operations, ensure exceptional customer experience, and drive KPI targets and insurance metrics while upholding company policies.
You will coach staff, manage budgets, oversee safety, and coordinate daily meetings. A strong track record in collision repair leadership, post-secondary education or equivalent, and clear communication are required.
