Job description
Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center, delivering an exceptional customer experience and guiding day-to-day operations. You will coach team members, ensure adherence to policies, and drive performance to meet KPI targets and insurance metrics.
The General Manager will foster professional standards, lead by example, and coordinate with senior leadership to maintain top-quality service across all touchpoints in the repair process.
