Job description
Gerber Collision & Glass in Orland Park, IL seeks an Estimator to deliver outstanding customer experiences by creating accurate vehicle damage appraisals and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurers. You will document interactions, guide clients through the repair process, and ensure alignment with our WOW standards and KPIs.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and the ability to learn DRP processes; I-CAR training is a plus.
