Job description
Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused Estimator/Service Advisor in Illinois to educate customers about the repair process, insurance procedures, and timelines. You will generate initial and post-disassembly repair estimates and guide the repair through to completion, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
You will coordinate with body technicians, review data, process paperwork, and manage carrier requirements, while delivering a best-in-class experience for each vehicle.
