nnJob Summary
nWe are seeking an experienced, full-time Estimator to join our growing team. A collision repair estimator appraises vehicle damage to determine the cost of repair for insurance claim settlements. Communicates with the vehicle owner to understand their concerns and needs as well as keeping them updated throughout the repair process. nnResponsibilities Essential Functions
nnExamine damaged vehicles and estimate repair costs
nWork with insurance companies to manage the claims for our customer
nEnsure customer satisfaction with repairs and overall experience
nReconcile and prepare final invoices matching approved estimate
n nnQualifications
nnKnowledge of major insurance program protocols and have the ability to upload estimates/images that meet those standards accordingly
nPrior experience as an estimator
nI-Car or other industry training history
nSales Skills
nCCC Estimating system
nGood oral and written skills
nOrganized and detail oriented
nKnowledge of the automotive repair process
nA valid drivers license
