Job description
I m currently working with a well-established and highly respected dental practice in the Columbia, South Carolina area that is actively seeking a General Dentist for a permanent opportunity. This role is an excellent fit for a provider looking for long-term stability, clinical autonomy, and a supportive team within a practice that already has a strong and loyal patient base.

Position Overview
Current staff :
Doctors : 1
Support Staff : 2 DAs, RDHs
# of chairs/Ops : 4-6 operatories; doctor runs 2 columns
Schedule : 4 Days/week; Mon-Thurs 8a-5p
Patients per day : 40-45 patients per day (hygiene and procedures)
Patient age range : Pediatrics
Payor make-up: 60% Medicaid, 40% PPO
Offering
Earning Potential : $250k+
Potential for Sign-on or Relocation Bonus
Benefits : Medical, dental, vision, HAS, FSA, 401k
Company paid lab fees & malpractice insurance
Equity or Partnership: Shareholder availability after 6 months & up to 20% of ownership
Visa Sponsorship: H1B visa available
Parameters
Current state license required
Medicaid Credential Required
Will consider new grads if they are Pediatric Certified
Open to General Dentists with strong experience treating pediatric patients
