nWe are looking for a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager in the Northern California region. This role focuses on generating and servicing a wide variety of commercial loans and developing strong, low risk commercial relationships.
nEssential Functions:
nnnResponsible for generating and servicing a wide variety of commercial loans and developing strong, low risk commercial relationships while maintaining quality customer service.
n
nnActs as the principal account and relationship manager for new and existing clients.
n
nnDevelops, generates and follows-up on new client leads through existing clients and referrals from other bank departments.
n
nnCalls on existing relationships to review portfolios and make recommendations as needed.
n
nnResponsible for sales, credit analysis, proper loan structuring, client interviewing, and perceptive character judgment.
n
nnResponsible for monitoring credit performance.
n
nnResponsible for building and maintaining relationships, with a resulting high degree of customer satisfaction.
n
nnCross sell other bank products.
n
nnOther duties as assigned.
n
n nQualifications:
nnnRequires a Bachelor's and 8+ years' experience with commercial lending, credit, underwriting, or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
n
nnExpert knowledge of commercial loans, credit analysis, lending, loan processing, and closing processes.
n
nnAbility to expand commercial loans, client relationships, and cross-sell bank products.
n
nnRequires solid excellent sales ability.
n
nnSubstantial experience in applicant interviewing and perceptive character judgment skills.
n
nnAbility to structure loans and monitor credit performance.
n
nnMust have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
n
nnWorking knowledge of software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
n
nnManages a large commercial portfolio.
