Accounting ProfessionalWe are a Commercial General Contracting and HVAC Mechanical company experiencing explosive growth! We are seeking an accounting professional with experience to join our outstanding team. This individual should be exceptionally responsible, flexible, able to think strategically, understand the importance of accurate financials, and make good decisions. We want someone with strong accounting acumen and able to perform multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:

Monthly closing and reconciliation of all accounts.Research vendor discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts.AP and AR inputting, auditing, processing, and reconcilingRequest lien waivers before release paymentsRespond to customer and vendor inquiriesMaintaining and reconciling multiple credit card accounts. Audit, process, allocate and reconcile credit card transactionsCreate financial reportsSkills:3 years of construction accounting experienceProficient in QuickBooksProcore and ERP experience preferredRevu Bluebeam and Bluebeam session experienceProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookKnowledge of AIA Payment ApplicationsKnowledge of Certificate of InsuranceKnowledge of NTO's, NOC, and Lien WaiversStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to meet deadlines and work under pressureAttentive to detail and strong organizational skillsMaintain a high level of integrity and confidentialityExcellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilitiesPrioritize tasks efficiently and execute them to completionProfessionally communicate with internal teams and external clients and vendorsOrganize, maintain, and prepare documents with efficiency and accuracyPerform research, report, and respond to correspondence for our business, customer accounts, and vendorsMust be a self-starter that can demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as cooperatively as a teamHave high energy and a positive attitudeJob Requirements:High School Diploma RequiredAbility to Commute/Relocate: Clearwater, FL 33756: Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Required)Quickbooks: 3 years (Required)Construction Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)Job Specifics:Job Type: Full-timePay: Commensurate with ExperienceBenefits:401(k) & 401(k) MatchingHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsurancePaid Time OffSchedule: Monday to Friday; 8:00am - 4:30pmSupplemental Pay Types: Bonus PayWork Location: Clearwater OfficeYou can send your resume and cover letter for any open position to
