The agency specializes in helping local businesses protect what they have built, with commercial insurance solutions including Business Owners Policies, Commercial Property, General Liability, Commercial Auto, Workers' Compensation, Umbrella, and other business insurance products.What You'll DoProspect for new commercial insurance opportunitiesDevelop relationships with business owners and decision-makersIdentify business risks and recommend appropriate insurance solutionsGenerate and close new commercial insurance salesBuild and manage a profitable commercial book of businessConduct sales presentations and coverage reviewsFollow up consistently with prospects and clientsDevelop referral and networking relationships within the local business communityCross-sell and identify additional coverage opportunitiesMaintain accurate activity, prospect, and sales information in agency systemsMeet and exceed individual sales goalsIdeal Candidate We are looking for a sales-driven insurance professional who is motivated by uncapped earning potential and wants to take their commercial insurance career to the next level. Required:Active California Property & Casualty Insurance LicenseProven insurance sales experienceStrong prospecting and closing skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesSelf-motivated and results-orientedComfortable developing new business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and other sales strategiesProfessional presence when working with business owners and commercial clientsCommercial insurance experience is strongly preferred. Experience with Commercial Lines, Business Insurance, Commercial Property, General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Commercial Auto, BOP, or Small Business Insurance is highly valued. Compensation $60,000 Base Salary $100,000–$220,000+ Total Earning Potential Your earning potential is directly tied to your ability to generate and close commercial business.
