Community Support Coach 1:1
Clearbrook's Day Programs provide participants with opportunities to continue to learn based upon their interests and abilities. An emphasis is placed on socialization and community participation. A particular emphasis is placed on providing our clients with the vocational skills necessary for a working environment.

Location: Libertyville, IL
Hours: Full-Time, Monday - Friday 8:30am-3:30pm (35 hrs/wk)
Pay: $21.35/hr + Paid Training!
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible to assist in the development and implementation of programming that promotes client independence and acquisition of functional skills.
Assist individuals served in community outings.
Assist in developing appropriate curriculum for implementing client program objectives and employment opportunities.
Hands on assistance to clients with activities of daily living which may include feeding and toileting.
Provide 1:1 support to a client
Qualifications
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license required
Must be 21 years of age
