Job description
UnitedHealth Group is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide home health physical therapy services under supervision. You will perform treatment, educate patients and families, and support the plan of care to improve overall well-being.
Responsibilities include following state PT laws, assisting with exercises, recording patient responses, and coordinating with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.
