This role is for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in fixing things the right way, and wants variety in their day—from diagnostics and repairs to setup and installation. If you're mechanically inclined, like staying busy, and want to build a career working on agriculture and construction equipment, this role was built for you.

As a Construction Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain construction equipment (skid steers, track loaders, wheel loaders, excavators) to keep our customers productive and running efficiently. Your work may take place in the shop or at customer locations, depending on the job.

Key responsibilities include:

Performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on agriculture and construction equipment following manufacturer procedures and quality standards

Installing, setting up, and preparing new and used equipment for customers and dealer inventory

Troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems

Completing repairs safely, professionally, and in a timely manner

Documenting work performed, parts used, and labor accurately

Providing outstanding customer service when working directly with customers

Managing a variety of tasks, from long-term projects to daily service needs

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area

Traveling to customer sites, trainings, and meetings as needed

This role is ideal for someone who:

Enjoys mechanical work and solving hands-on problems

Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic to every job

Can stay organized and productive in a fast-paced service environment

Is detail-oriented and committed to doing quality work

Can balance longer-term projects with day-to-day service needs

Is willing to work extended hours during peak seasons, including some evenings and weekends

What You'll Bring

Mechanical and technical aptitude (experience preferred but not required)

Interest or experience in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems

Ability to use standard desktop computer applications

Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

Clean driving record and valid driver's license required

Ability to travel for training and meetings, as needed

Must provide own basic hand tools

Prior experience in agriculture, diesel, or heavy equipment service strongly desired
