Job description
Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate with at least four years of civil litigation experience to join our firmwide Litigation team in California. The ideal candidate will manage all phases of construction disputes, draft key pleadings, conduct discovery, and engage with clients, insurers and experts.
