Location: Palm Beach County / Fort Lauderdale, FL

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to lead interior renovation, tenant improvement, and occupied-space construction projects ranging up to $15M. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing commercial renovation work in active environments while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of commercial renovation and interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, subcontractor scopes, and procurement plans.
Coordinate construction activities in occupied facilities while minimizing disruptions to ongoing operations.
Lead meetings with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
Monitor project costs, track changes, and manage owner communications throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee subcontractor performance, quality control, and safety compliance.
Review construction documents, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Ensure adherence to local building codes, company standards, and project specifications.
Conduct regular site visits and maintain progress reporting for all stakeholders.
Manage project closeout activities including punch lists, commissioning, final inspections, and turnover documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience managing commercial renovation, tenant improvement, healthcare, hospitality, office, retail, or occupied-space construction projects.
Proven experience successfully delivering commercial renovations valued up to $15M.
Strong understanding of renovation sequencing, phasing, and logistics within operational facilities.
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software.
Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
