SuperintendentAs a Superintendent on Tesla's construction team in the Greater Houston Area, you will own day-to-day field execution in an advanced solar manufacturing facility build. You will lead craft and contractors in your assigned discipline or area, driving productivity, clearing constraints, and holding the line on safety, quality, and schedule from workface planning through completion. Whether your background is civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, controls, or process/tool install construction, you will be the on-the-ground leader who turns the plan into installed, production-ready work.
